Shipping cost in the UK*: free for orders over £50.00
If the order is below £50.00, the shipping cost is £3.95

 

Shipping time

Delivery within 1-2 days for all orders placed before 2pm GMT from Monday to Thursday. For the rest, delivery might take 3-5 working days.
If you would like to receive your order before Christmas, we recommend placing your order by the evening of 22 December.
The delivery times mentioned above are purely indicative and may vary depending on low or high seasons, holiday periods, and/or the destination (for islands and remote areas, delivery times may be longer). In any case, Oh-Buzz is not responsible for any delays attributable to the courier and/or the customer. It is recommended to place orders considering potential issues that may arise during these periods.

 

Change shipping address

Once the order is confirmed, it might still be possible to change the shipping address – please contact Customer Service and we will do our best to help get the delivery to the right place!

 

What to do upon receiving the order

When your products arrive at your home, we recommend that you immediately check that the package and its contents are intact. If unfortunately something is wrong, contact our Customer Service and request a refund.
In the meantime, here are some tips on what to check right away:

  •  Make sure the packaging is intact. 
  • If the package you receive is damaged or incomplete, take photos of both the exterior and interior and contact our Customer Service. We will guide you through the process of opening a refund claim, if necessary.

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact Customer Service and request a refund. Once your return has been accepted, we’ll guide you through the process of getting a refund.


Damages & issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
